As far as recent several high technology local wars are concerned, wars with aerial attack and aerial defence will be an important campaign pattern of our army in the future. In order to adapt for future campaign, we have to make use of current weapon equipment of our army to improve training level of our force. So the modern battlefield have strict requirements not only on the weapons performance but the the quality of gunners increasingly. Gunners play an important role in modern air defense operations. Gunners'proficiency in operating tracking device and capturing target quickly not only are related to their own security but will also affect the whole war situation.This paper is fit for the need of future campaign and establish a suit of perfect error evaluation criteria in order to evalue gunners' shooting results.In paper, arithmetic research on gunners'training results and realization, the author analyze and study the model of cannon and the training mode of canon. On the basis of the analysis of object moving track, smoothness and filter of cannon firepower control system, the theory of the colliding question, the theory of cannon fire, fire sheet and so on, the author accomplish the design and realization of virtual cannon by making use of the technology of OpenGL programming technology, and focus on a set of error evaluation criteria in the background of firepower control system people involved, so as to provide reference value for training equipment. The main contents of the paper includes: the design and realization of cannon firepower control system; establishment of visual mode of gunners; show of the cannon training scene; the training evaluation.
