Plenty of electronic equipments have been used in the controls of flight along with the development of its exact use with long distance. Li-ion batteries is often used in initial stage of research and development and the quality of charging has a direct effect on the electronic equipments.To solve the problem of equalization charge and real time monitor,this paper introduces the method to realize it ensuring the process of charge and discharge for embedded-missile.Focous on how to solve the problem of charging at balance.This paper adopts the switch power supply as charging power supply,which used to isolate the different voltage beteen batteries and charging power supply. Optocoupler and 1-wire quad A/D convert are used to feed back the voltage of every cell.Microprocessor deals with the values of voltage using Fuzzy control,then modifies duty cycle as to change the charging voltage and current as to achieve the charge mode of constant current-constant voltage.Through RS232,the imformation of current and voltage are showed on the PC.Through this design,the paper completes the MCU system using for monitoring the process of charging and develops the software of management. It achieves the purpose that Li-ion batteries can charging at balance as well as showing the parameter of voltage and current and discharging with the adjustable current.Expriments have proved the system can work stably and achieve equalization charge.This paper has some value for engineering development.
