Air conditioner plays an important role in production and daily life. It takes up an increasing proportion of the whole energy consumption in production and buildings. With the shortage of the national energy and the development of global information, more and more people are concerning about the study on the energy saving of the air condioner. It is analyzed the actual control mode of the industrial air conditioner and the condition of the energy saving in the paper. Starting with the control mode, the monitor system of the energy saving of the industrial air conditioner was designed on the basis of field bus structure.Firstly, the technology of the frequency conversion timing is introduced in the paper. Moreover, the realization principle of the monitor of the frequency conversion timing of the drag system of the water pump of the industrial air conditioner system, the air blower and the like is expatiated in the paper. The realization of the feasibility of the frequency conversion timing energy saving in the industrial air conditioner system is demonstrated.Secondly, the Suitable situation of the technology of several kinds of local bus is analyzed in contrast which demonstrates the advantage of the adoption of the CAN bus in the process of the collection and distribution monitor. The scene intelligence crunode of the SCM as the monitored core is designed, the hardware circuit of which is designed according to the shape, furthermore, the software system is compiled at the same time.The monitored system of the upper machine of the energy control of the air conditioner system is designed. The comparative popular Visual C++ was adopted in the software of the monitored host computer which can carry through the real-time display, disposal, conservation and the control of node to the signal of warm and humid degree.Finally, the integration of the system is processed. Through sampling the signal of the air quality of warm and humid degree, industrial air conditioner does the corresponding control movement to realize the control of the frequency conversion timing of the air blower and water pump and the highly effective energy saving of the air conditioner system.
