Energy Metering Accuracy Of The Method And Its Application In The Chuxiong Grid

Electricity is the main energy of natonal economy and people's livelihood. Energy metering involves power generation, power supply and the economic interests of constituents. In market economy, improving the accuracy of measuring power is particularly important.This paper discusses the analysis of measurement devices and the measurement principle under different circumstances, as well as methods of measurement error of a metering device analysis, control measures to identify the key points of error. On the environment under the nonlinear load measurement. According to the situation of Chuxiong power supply bureau,some new ways of improving the accuracy were proposed:(1) the accuracy of the metering equipment levels, and configuration standards have been further improved;(2) 3-phase 4-wire measurement methods should be used in non-neutral point insulation systems;(3) transformers are equipmented rationally and the secondary load management is enhanced;(4) the harmonic source monitoring and controlling has been enhanced;(5) the accuratcy of metering is imporved by the establishment of configration mechanism based on error controlling.(6) the monitoring and controlling for the supviseral point is improved by electric energy data collection and other remote means.
