Many governments more and more concerned about the city greening building,many cities are carrying out greening ecological construction and actively expand the green area, improve the coverage of green space, optimize the structure of green,at the same time more and more emphasis on urban gardening and greening information system construction and scientific management.Presently, GIS has been gradually applied to each field of our country urban gardening and greening. Urban gardening and greening GIS can get the information, resource status quo and change of the urban greening in time, and space analyze in reason. Implementation of the urban gardening and greening dynamic monitoring and management, scientific planning and layout, improve the quality of the urban environment and achieve sustainable development.This paper has get the comprehensive support by the project of Kunming Surveying Institute ~ ((Kunming Gardening and Greening Management Information System Base on GIS)) . This paper studies below contents: summary of the urban gardening and greening information system of the status quo at home and abroad, introduced component GIS, comparison of the secondary development model of GIS based on AO, proposed the solutions of the development;Contacted urban gardening and greening of evaluation indicators and factors, analyzed the system needs detailedly, design of functional and structure of Kunming gardening and greening management information system base on GIS; Explained the reasons for appearance of polygon fragment in the urban gardening and greening data, proposed the solutions of the polygon merger and achieved the automatic merger of polygon fragment; According to the classification criterion of urban greening and China's urban gardening and greening indicators, achieved calculate of three indicators of Kunming greening programming, urban gardening and greening classification and update data, etc. |
