Study On Local Regulations Of China Urban Greening

From this we can see that the urban greening to strengthen the rule of law and standardize work is imminent.Foreign management of the urban greening relatively sound legal system, a system of relatively long history, specific legal provisions, is operable, local legislation on domestic green enlightening. At present the domestic urban greening of the few local regulations, or the legal profession and scholars from the legislative norms of the study, only to maintain the integrity of the regulations. As a result, the urban greening local regulations on the formulation and revision of existing deficiencies.
