Developed Based On The Capacitance Of The Sine Wave Excitation Electromagnetic Flowmeter

Recently, the market of flow-meter is growing everyday, however the product of national manufacturer just can install the parts which made from oversea. Without the kernel technology, it's hard to be in an advantageous position. So it is necessary to own the property right of technology to develop ourselves'flow-meter.Via studying and debugging time after time in the process of developing the Capacitance-Type Electromagnetism Flow-meter, I have been experienced and mastered many corresponding technology, finally it works well.The paper was written in the clue of process of development, while the process come through realize to master, from theory to practice. At the beginning of development, I knew the theory of working of sensor and design it. From analyzing the noises and excitation signals, the solution and choice we got gradually. Then the PCB of processing of signal we have designed, while it wasn't the end, we have to use the way of DSP to pure the signal we want. So the ADC circuit was designed and its driver was written. At last, the signal is changed to digital signal, and the value is shown.In the process of developing, the way of get away the noises is the key, we seek the solution through the test again and again, finally the good answer was found. I have gotten a lot knowledge from this project under the help of Professor Zhao Hui, I wish to share these harvest to others.This paper comes from practice process of develop, so it has great pertinence and practicability.
