The New Campus Site Design And Facilities Planning, Research And Application

Colleges and universities enrollment scale expansion has brought the opportunity to them, besides, has also brought the challenge. There is a major problem between the student quantity sharp growth and the original campus area space insufficiency contradiction day by day. Some college in Chengdu is situated at the Chengdu urban district, which is in urgent need of seeking the new construction land because of lack of the development land to use. The college constructs a new campus area which can adapt developing needs, and enable the college career to have a bigger development space.There are two important problems which the college decision-maker needs to solve properly about how to choose the correct reasonable new school area construction site and arrange all kinds of function facility reasonably .Therefore, this paper is aimed at the actual construction problem which the new school area must solve, and applies the industrial engineering related theory to the selected location and the plan of the new school area, analyzing the new school area selected location in detail by making use of Analytic Hierarchy Process, and lay out reasonably for each kind of function facility in the campus by using systematic layout planning method. then use simulation software to test the layout plan after it is obtained itFirst, this paper elaborates the related logistics system selected location theory and the research present situation of the industrial engineering and focuses on analyzing the selected location correlation principle, the influence factor, the characteristic and the classification, as well as many kinds of models of selected location and corresponding method. According to the actual present situation of the new school area, the paper analyzes the plan by using industrial engineering the selected location theory method, then decides the selected location by using Analytic Hierarchy Process to obtain finally the reasonable construction site.Next, this paper analyzes the related theory and the research present situation of the facility plan design in the industrial engineering, focusing on analyzing the design method, the principle and the goal of the facility.Then applies the system arrangement design method to the new school area function facility arrangement, and obtains the more reasonable plan, finally models and simulates by using simulation software. The simulation result is anyalysed and the solution for the problem showed by the simulation is also provided.
