Nowadays, business competition is impetuous. In order to survive, the corporations have to pay more attention to the quality of product and service. As a part of the process of the quality formation, now, the process plan quality becomes more and more important, and there are lots of researches on it. This paper will do some research on the product process plan evaluation on this background.This paper analyses the factors impacting on the product process quality, then on the basis of them establishes the process evaluation index and process evaluation system. This system presents the evaluation of the process plans mainly considering the machining quality, cost and efficiency of the process plan. This paper applies Analytic Hierarchy Process to establishing the index of the factors and applies fuzzy number to solving the evaluation of the stationary objectives. Then a fuzzy synthetic evaluation is taken on alternative process plan, and decides which the optimal one is.
