Residential Area Planning To Use Assessment Methods

Exploring POE (Post Occupancy Evaluation) of the residential district is the main purpose of this paper.With the improvement of living standards and development of the planning and construction of residential district, the planning of the residential district has been paid more and more attention.At present, because of lack of the research and investigation into POE (post occupancy evaluation) of the residential district, the planner, constructor and administrator can not get the correct information feedback. In that way, they can not adopt the corresponding adjustment to the planning and construction of residential district. Based on the project of Shanghai Municipal Planning Association-assessment of planning, this paper both constructs and perfects the POE for community planning. I introduced AHP and POE approach in this paper, and researched the ways of planning and construction of residential districts.POE (Post Occupancy Evaluation) of the residential district is the subject of this study. I established the system of POE of the residential district by means of surveys, interviews and so on. On one hand, I hope to give suggestions to the administrators, constructors and researchers of city planning, according to the establishment of the system of POE of the residential district. On the other hand, I want to promote information exchange and to provide modes and references for residential district planning.This paper can be divided into four parts: the introduction is about the existing problems, research motivation, and research framework; Chapter 2 introduces relevant theories and methods about the POE (post occupancy evaluation) of the residential district; Chapter 3 is the core of this thesis, and establishes the evaluation system; Chapter 4 is the case study and applications of POE of residential district.There are two innovations and features in this paper: 1. This paper introduces POE and AHP into the appraisal system of the residential district planning;2. This paper establishes the POE system of the residential district, and carries out empirical research and analysis on this system.
