Design Of Infrared Zoom, Focus Control System Debugging Option

Pod device is a device that can ensure the accuracy and safety, reduce the accidents of the plane flights. It can target the position accurately to help the fighter planes to hit the target. So obviously, it is necessary to assemble Pod device for modern fighter planes. Therefore, as the core component of the Pod, the function and performance of infrared focusing system is very important to the overall performance of flights.The debugging and testing platform of infrared focusing system in this paper includes the testing equipment, specialized industrial controlling computer and testing software. The testing platform mainly simulates the controlling computer assembled the Pod device to test every function of the infrared focusing system.In this paper, the structure and development of Pod is introduced. The principle and every function module of the infrared thermal system are expounded. The mechanism of the message response in Windows and the use of serial RS-232/RS-422 are studied. And the main work in this paper is software design of the debugging and testing platform of infrared focusing system. Visual C++ is used to design the overall testing system, the infrared thermal imager testing system and the controlling board testing system. The function of video acquisition is set in the overall testing system, as well as the options of the infrared thermal imager testing system and the controlling board testing system. The infrared thermal imager testing and the controlling board testing systems which control the ordering messages sending and the feedback messages receiving are programmed by MFC, and the feedback messages are analyzed and displayed. The functions of the infrared thermal imager and controlling board are tested by these two testing systems.
