The technology of rocket's propulsion is widely used in the scientific experiments for the space and the building of national defense.Not only does the precise control of the engine's thrust have the great significance for the attitude's control of the aircraft's operation,but also it has great meaning for raising the accuracy of the goal.Actually the test and measurement of the solid rocket motor(SRM)are important parts of the technology of solid-rocket propulsion.And the thrust eccentricity is an important parameter which needs to be both tested and measured in the test of SRM.Nowadays the six-component model based on the six-component test stand has been mainly used to measure the thrust misalignment of the SRM.Based on the widely assimilating the internal and overseas researches' results,the thesis has conducted the thorough research on the measurement's theory of the thrust vector and the test method of the six-component test system for the SRM with the aid of the theoretical analysis,the project's realization and experimental confirmation.In the aspect of the measurement's theory for the thrust vector,the six-component model has been analyzed.And the method to solute the equation for the model has also been studied.Meanwhile,the design idea of the future great-tonnage-six-component test stand has been proposed.In the aspect of the measurement's method,simulation tests have carried on the existed little-tonnage-six-component test stand.Both the model and calibration using the static and dynamic way have been deeply researched.And the error occurred in the thrust vector test has also been analyzed.The value got from above has proved the great-tonnage-six-component test stand design index for SRM is rational.The complete development of the test system means that the universal platform for testing the six-component systems has been well established.A simulation engine's test has been successfully done on the six-component test stand. The satisfactory results have validated that the six-component model is reasonable and the design of the six-component test stand for the thrust vector is feasible.This thesis has established the foundation both on the project and the theory for designing and studying the great-tonnage-six-component test stand for SRM in the future.
