Supported by 863 National High Technology Research and Development Program "Advanced horizontal directional drilling pipelaying equipment" (2003AA430120) , the dissertation takes the pneumatic back-enlarging hammer which is as a assistant implement of the No-Dig Horizontal directional drill as the objective of the study, article, based on studying the development of domestic and overseas, analyzes and researches the pneumatic back-enlarging hammer through computer imitation technology. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:1. Through analyzing the structural principl of the pneumatic back-enlarging hammer , the qualitative study on the hammer is made, the quantitative analysis of the internal dynamic property of the hammer is carried out with the principle of dynamics and gas dynamics. The relation between the mass and pressure of the air in the hammer and structure parameters of the hammer is set up, the function parameters of the hammer are linked with its structure and system parameters by mathematics formulas, that is, the mathematics model on the internal dynamic process of the hamper is set up.2. The internal dynamic process of the hamper is reduced to an a set of differential eguation. It uses the explain of the differential eguation to describe the internal dynamic process of the hamper. The foundation of imitation model ,the translation and edition of program is based on the result of the mathematics model. The function parameters of the hammer is correlated with the structure and system parameters, and the factors are analyzed.3. The factors that influence the function parameters of the hammer are complex, the optimization design plan is confirmed with the computer technology and optimization mathematics ,with which the hammer work better.The dissertation provides the develop of the pneumatic back-enlarging hammer with a convenient and precise design method. This is theoretically value and practical significance for the advance and development of level of Trenchless Technology in our country.
