Adopting the method of modern optimization design , the research arrives at an optimal design of pneumatic rock driller that has a working capacity of great impact energy, low gas consumption, high chiseling speed,little vibration and light weight by optimizing the structural parameter of the machine which is with a bright future of market application with mult-goal.This research mainly focuses on several aspects research as the following:1. Based on ground work and thorough academic analyce,a mult-goal mathematic modeling research including all of the working capacity is conducted.2. Choosing of optimization method, programming research and procedure debugging and operating are discussed.3. The total objective function is formed by using method of weigh-adding combination when dealing with mult-object function. In order to reduce the value difference on the level of number of sub-objective function , the objective function is processed by first transforming the sub-objective functions and then resorting to the method of weigh-adding.Conclusions gained are as follows:1. Advantages and disadvantages of non-valve pneumatic rock driller can be judged through the chief aim function put forward in my design.2. An optimal design that is good for individual function can be realized through adjusting the adding authority gene to have the dispart objective functions given up to each other if certain targets are to be improved during optimization calculating.3. The finest design based on the optimization theory lays a solid theoretic foundation for the improvement of new product.
