| Nowadays, most researches about motorcycle's dynamic characteristics only based on the multi-rigid body system, but not reviewed the motorcycle frame as the spaced flexible multi-body system; these led the result far beyond the truth, so it is significant and has the engineering values to developing the research based on rigid-flexible coupling theory. This thesis analyzed the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic theory and applied the method to the analysis of the motorcycle's dynamic characteristics. The 150 model of motorcycle as an example, used the software—PATRAN to established the motorcycle's frame and the back fork as flexible bodies, and then do modal analysis. Through mechanical Multi-body Dynamic Analysis software—ADAMS, it defined the kinematics' relationship between the parts and built the motorcycle's rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model. This thesis used the software ADAMS to research on motorcycle's rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model, as well as simulated and analyzed the motorcycle's comfort performance. It researched the ride comfort on the road of national road level B, as well as on the condition of engine powering, and then the curves of vibration acceleration are plotted. PSD (power spectral density) of acceleration of vibration is obtained by doing with the results of analysis. At the same time, the ride comfort of motorcycle is evaluated by using the same evaluating quantity as automobile. The computational results indicate that ADAMS software can analysis and predict the ride comfort of motorcycle in product design, and the rigid-flexible coupling model is closely in accord with the reality . |
