Popularization of science has important significance to the harmonious-society construction and the well-to-do society construction of our country. The country has appeared pertinent laws and statutes about the science popularization. This has indicated our country taking popularization of science education as a great important thing. Lately all parts of the country also new-built or have rebuilded the science and technology museum. Interactive popular science products is the most important part of the item on display in the science and technology museum Interactive popular science products have many problems because of the no-standard market, the shortage of professional company on producing popular science products, the shortage of professional designer of popular science products and so on. The problems are few bring forth new ideas, many same, low-rise quality, no-standard, gruff produce, more entertainment but less knowledge, no feedback, bad adaptation between the human and machine and so on.First, this paper make a clearly definition for the popular science product and interactive popular science product. It is intituled to be the popular science product which make use of all kinds of technique (like control technique, multimedia, information technology, Virtualisation Technology, demonstration technique assembling sound light electricity and so on),and for raise people's scientific literacy through hold up scientific principle, technology, scientific method. It can be model, real object and other products. The interactive popular science product is the one of popular science product which people could use his interactive organ (including the podosoma feeling organ ) to experience, feel, learn the scientific principle, technology and scientific method. Then, to point against the problems had by the the interactive popular science product, this paper analyze in aspect about the need, the shape, the tinge, the man-machine fitness(including the man-machine interactive behavior fitness, the man-machine interface fitness), and offer homologous design principle. Last, make a improved design based on analyzing the practical problems existing in the "physical test " of science and technology museum of GuiZhou Province.
