As a newtype floor structural ,The gypsum embedded filler Cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor's theory and design method is not very mature. Some studies on this floor have been carried out in this thesis.The valuable results achieved are outlined as below:1. On the issue of the internal forces in gypsum embedded filler Cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor . Its bring forward the structural predigest method when use analogue cross beam method . And its bring forward Calculation method of the Structural stiffness by the result finite element analysis. The analogue cross beam method is simple when using the stiffness contribution coefficient.2. With the universal finite element software ANSYS,reasonable finitemodels of Consider gypsum embedded filler and Cross-beam system. By Comparative Analysis the deformation and internal force we know the gypsum embedded filler/s stiffness contribution to the structural. Comparing numerical analysis results and testing results of literature 14 with the ones achieved by the experimentation, it is found that they are tallied well.3.The ultimate bearing capacity of such floor is worked out by applying Plastic hinge line theory to thin-wall core box cast-in-site concrete hollow floor. And it is proved to be feasible according to the theoretic analysis.Moreover, membrane effect is taken into account for calculating.Actually the application and the feasibility of this method are testified by contrasting to the subsistent testing. By analyzing Consider Film Effects and not Consider Film Effects in Calculation Ultimate strength we know Film Effects's Contribution in Calculation Ultimate of hollow floor.4. Analysis of the punching shear problem, According to the Zhejiang University's Test results ,a crack mode is supposed in the test,and a formulas is deduced to calculate the punching capacity of gypsum embedded filler cast-in-situ reinforce concrete hollow slab.5. The method for design gypsum embedded filler cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor using common structural computing software PKPM is put forward and the scale for the magnifying stiffness coefficient of the spandrel beam and middle beam is discussed.Furthermore, the results are amazing in agreement with the ones by finite element analysis.So it is a good way to calculate the internal force and the deformation of such floor.6. Comparative analysis about the different floor parameter influences of the gypsum embedded filler cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor's Deformation. A single floor parameter on mechanical properties of such floor system is set forth and the fitting scale for these parameters is determined to provide the reference when designing.7. Comparative analysis the Ordinary floor, tic-tac-toe floor and the gypsum embedded filler Cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor, By concrete and Reinforced dosage we know the gypsum embedded filler Cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor is savings.
