The fabricated hollow-ribbed floor is composed by space beams and the prefabricated concrete box fillers, it adapts to the large column span and bay width floor structures, it can reduce the thickness of the slab, increase the net height of the floor structures, economize the ceiling; and because the use of fabricated boxes the structural weight is lower and the hollow ratio is higher.The fabricated hollow-ribbed floor only need to set the molding board and cast the space beams, so the construction is easier and quicker, it also ameliorates the crack resistance of the floor and create technical conditions for the use of strong concrete in the floor.This paper made an experimental investigation and finite element analysis on the fabricated hollow-ribbed floor, put forward a practical mechanism of deflection and design methods of this kind of floor, it also solved some problems this kind of floor often meets during the construction, and did some economic analysis on this kind of floor. This article is totally divided into five chapters, as follows:In the first chapter, we introduced the developing process of mushroom floor to hollow floor and the structure formation, capability, construction techniques of the fabricated hollow-ribbed floor.In the second chapter, we got the load-displace curve,fracture distribution of the test modal by the test of a 9m×9m size fabricated hollow-ribbed floor model, and the impermeability of this kind floor was tested in the experiment.In the third chapter, we made finite element analysis on the testing model by the finite element program ansys, and compared the internal force, deflection with the finite element modal of mushroom floor,joist floor and crossing beam system with the same size. We got the internal force by doing "surface operation "on the solid element modal,and then analyzed the rules of the box filler's supporting plate and top plate which in the fabricated hollow-ribbed floor that impact on the ribbed beams' bending moment distribution.In the fourth chapter, we put forward the practical mechanism of deflection and design methods of this kind of floor, contributed suggestions for the fabric of edge beam and beam column joint, and also solved some problems this kind of floor often meets during the construction, such as the application height, moment distribution between edge beam and ribbed beam, crack resistance of the fabricated hollow-ribbed...
