With the rapid development of China's national economy and urban construction, large-scale complex of modern buildings are increasingly emerging. As the developing space of urban extends to the underground, parts of urban functions transit to subterranean, the wide range of utilization of underground has brought bring a lot of new problems for fire safety, further for modern architectural, the way to deal with the existing fire safety in construction lagged far behind the fire control design on the conquest . In this paper, according to the dynamics of the development of fire and fire prevention and control mechanism of technology, we would combine with the specific engineering design problems in wave culture Plaza in Hangzhou, use the simulated fire modern and fire safety engineering to make fire risk assessment, and with the help of regional simulation software CFAST fire on the spread of fire smoke movement process to make simulation and quantitative analysis, put forward to Optimal Design suggestions, acquire the wide apply in the engineering design.
