A Fire Risk Assessment Research On Longgang District Shenzhen

Longgang District which covers the largest area in Shenzhen,incorporates advanced manufacturing industry,traditional superior industry,logistics industry,financial industry and other technology-intensive and labor-intensive industries.There are hundreds of enterprises with annual output value of over 100 million yuan in Longgang.Due to the complex conditions of industrial environment and rapid development,fire protection becomes complicated in this area,coming with high sensitivity and strong connection in fire disasters.Fire disasters occurred in any area could possibly spread to the surrounding area and lead to a series of social problems.Proper application in evaluating fire risks and targeted fire protection is a fundamental element of guaranteeing safety in personnel and property,and thus is very important for acheiving rapid and stead economic development in this area.In this paper,with reference to the existing domestic and foreign theories of fire risk assessment,taking Shenzhen District of Longgang as an object,establish the evaluation index system of fire risk evaluation and calculation.The main work as follows:(1)Based on the investigation into Longgang District,make collection,research and Analysis on the influencing factors of the regional fire risk.analysis the status quo of the fire management from the aspects of fire management,personnel management,fire station layout,fire control and other aspects;(2)Select key factors and determine its weight ratio,establish the fire evaluation system corresponding to grade fire management in Longgang District,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate weight of each factors and check the system ensuring the rationality and objectivity of the evaluation;(3)Grade the fire evaluation system,figure out the final scores of all factors and safety level of Longgang District;(4)According to the layout of Longgang district and fire fire management situation,from the personnel,the fire station layout,layout and management of water,fire awareness publicity and education,fire supervision and management and other aspects put forward the corresponding measures to the maximum extent to enhance the Longgang district fire management level,reduce and eliminate fire safety hazards,security within the area of the safety of life and property.
