Pervious concrete, as one new environment friendly material, can effectively protect and use of water resource, decrease urban "thermal-island" effect functions ect, is widely applied in pavement, plot and square. In order to establish functional materials that reduce environment burden, coordinate and symbiosis with natural environment, and structure a comfortable living environment for human, it is very important to study on pervious concrete under the country advocate to energetically develop green building.At first, in this paper, a much of test research was done on correlation of strength among compressive strength, flexural strength and splitting strength of pervious concrete, and initially obtained basic changing trend and correlative equation among them, on the base of these experiments, analyzed the change or pervious concrete's strength with porosity. These researches provide the technical guidance for application of pervious concrete and lay the solid foundation for the further research in the future.Secondly, the paper researched the effect of coarse aggregate size on pervious concrete strength, and the pervious concrete strength with same porosity and different sand ratio. It was drawn that the concrete strength was increased more than 30% through reducing coarse aggregate size under the same porosity; there are proper matching-relationship between cementitious binder and sand ratio of pervious concrete, The strength of pervious concrete can be increased obviously through this matching-relationship even if cementitious binder of pervious concrete was decreased.Finally, the paper also studied the elastic modulus and shrinkage of pervious concrete, compares and analyzes variation characteristics of elastic modulus and strength of pervious concrete and ordinary concrete with the same strength grades, and different mix proportion' pervious concrete with water-binder ratio and cementitious binder. Moreover, The paper studied shrinkage property of the same cementitious binder's pervious concrete and ordinary concrete, and pervious concrete of the same water-binder ratio and different cementitious binder. the conclusion was that the shrinkage of more cementitious binder's pervious concrete was the largest. the shrinkage of the small cementitious binder's pervious concrete was the next. ordinary concrete's shrinkage was the smallest in plastic shrinkage; Shrinkage of ordinary concrete was the largest, the shrinkage of the more cementitious binder' pervious concrete was the next. the shrinkage of the small cementitious binder's pervious concrete was the smallest.
