With the development of Chinese increasing levels of force, the level of economic development in China gradually increased in recent years, real estate development is very rapid, appropriate urban development is necessary for this era. Urban road is no longer previous dirt, are substituted cement asphalt pavement, etc., and these are often paved road surface by water-blocking material, thus these roads are impermeable, in a particular case will give the city adversely affect the environment. Pervious concrete can belong to green materials, is mixing the aggregate, cement and water from the concrete having a continuous aperture. It has some strength has a certain permeability, ensuring permeability of pervious concrete while also taking into account its strength, so its strength is not great, at present, the domestic water permeability of concrete used for sidewalks, bike paths, outdoor parking does not require high-intensity ground courses and other places. Therefore, in order to better promote the development of this new material permeable concrete, but also need to be studied in depth. The test for the preparation of pervious concrete materials were discussed and studied with the ratio calculation method, permeability coefficient, strength and so on. Specific work as follows:1.Good material selection, analysis and comparison of various mix design methods, and ultimately select the method used to calculate the volume mixing ratio test, and ultimately through the experimental data show that the chosen test method to calculate the volume mixing ratio is feasible. This test calculation procedure is mainly reference CJJ/T135-2009"Technical Specification permeable cement concrete pavement" in the section on volume method.2.Two kinds of coarse aggregate used in this assay (ceramic, stone), mixed and re-mixed in a single form three groups were doing experiments, and then compare the experimental data (use to produce their own instrument for permeability coefficient of permeability were measured).3.Depending on the field requirements, you can choose different materials made of porous concrete. As the only ceramic coarse aggregate experiments, the intensity is too low, flooding the best. With stones as experimental, the highest intensity of coarse aggregate, but its effect is generally permeable, such concrete can be used in less demanding on the drainage area. Based on the best ceramic and stone together as coarse aggregate experiments, taking into account the strength and permeability, according to the requirements of regional differences, select the appropriate level combination, basic strength can reach20MPa or more, permeability coefficient can be reached lmm/s. On the current application prospects, pervious concrete application of this will be very broad, such as sidewalks, parks, roads, etc., can meet their performance requirements. 4. Summed up the strength and permeability of pervious concrete as well as the factors affecting the degree of influence based on primary and secondary data analysis.5. On the basis of this experiment, but also continue to study the durability of pervious concrete and other features.
