This thesis about the heat exchange station control system is mainly applied a set of GM industry outside Des systems,through the circulating water temperature control to achieve the temperature needed for the production car.Among them,the system includes three application level,a high temperature hot water,the general control of the temperature at 95 degrees to 110 degrees,he is used to give automobile manufacturers to provide high temperature hot water;the other is heating hot water,general control of the temperature at 60 degrees to 80 degrees,the temperature range is primarily used to provide high-temperature gas production,in the winter to the workshop to provide heaters to ensure the employment of good production conditions;Finally a livelihood are water, temperature control at 60 degrees to 70 degrees,mainly used to provide hot water to wash Worker.This system is based on AB's ControlLogix family PLC and inverter PowerFlex400.ControlLogix processor to provide a user-selectable memory module(750K to 8M bytes),can solve a large number of input and output points system problem(supports up to 4,000 points and 128,000 points Analog Digital).Processor can control the input and output of local and remote input and output.Processor through Ethemet EtherNet/IP,Net Control ControlNet,DeviceNet DeviceNet and Remote Input Output Universal Remote I /O to monitor the system input and output.When in the ControlLogix rack module has multiple processors,or even in the control of Net ControlNet network module has multiple processors,all processors can be from all of the input module to read input values.Any one processor can also control the output of any particular module.Through the system configuration specified for each output module specific control which processor.Inverters PowerFlex400 specifically for water pumps and fan applications in food processing industries,in order to meet global.For OEM and end-user flexibility,save space and ease of use designed to meet the requirements,especially its built-in multi-functional properties can be related to the building control system to ensure seamless inter-connectivity.Power lines,etc.are divided into 2.2-110kW @ 380-480V AC,2.2-37kW @ 200-240V AC.This system will be a better combination of PLC and frequency converter,a perfect implementation of the client control functions needed to achieve the production process.
