With the progress of science and technology and the development of economicconstruction, the use of the crane and other large machinery and equipment number and scopeexpanding constantly, the performance of the mechanical system and the content of scienceand technology has been improved. But there are many security problems hiding behind therapid development, the implicit problems lead to accidents occur frequently, and the mosthidden troubles can’t be found easily. A variety of reasons make the reliability and security ofthe lifting machinery is more important than other machinery. Lifting machinery safetyevaluation of research work has become a hot problem in the study on a large number ofscholars, research through the expert shows that the safety of the hoisting machinery foreffective evaluation could learn about the equipment safety condition, so that it helps us toreduce or even avoid the happening of the accident.Hydraulic lifting mechanism based on the crane is chosen as the study object, first of all,analysis of hydraulic lifting mechanism on the basis of the cause of the problem, with The T-Sfuzzy fault tree based analysis model, the expert evaluation method is used to calculate thefault probability of bottom event. The T-S door calculation methods can be concluded that thefailure probability of top event and under the condition of the failure extent of bottom events,But also can get the fault of each event membership in bottom event of fault degree knownconditions. Secondly, on the basis of reliability analysis, safety evaluation was carried out onthe hydraulic crane hoisting mechanism research, using improved analytic hierarchy processthree scale (AHP) hydraulic hoisting mechanism of crane safety assessment model isestablished, the quantitative evaluation on the safety of the system as a whole, and then givesa lifting mechanism safety level and safety evaluation, the evaluation results for an enterpriseto take preventive measures, prevent the happening of the accident to provide the basis.Finally, in order to facilitate evaluation process, on the basis of safety evaluation, the "Safetyassessment software of hydraulic hoisting mechanism of crane" is designed on the MFC ofVC++6.0-platform.Finally, through example verification, we found that evaluation results were basicallyaccord with the engineering practice. It suggests that this approach for the crane safetyevaluation of hydraulic lifting mechanism is effective; the software developed is easy to theuse of safety evaluation personnel. It provides a feasible method for the safety evaluation of crane equipment.
