| The aeroengine has been re-made to a gas-turbine by a removing front three stages of compressor and redesigned it's IGV. The extra power of tubine outputs from compressor's shaft is hard to drive a generator, because the temperature in turbine is very high.As engine's structure has been redesigned, it's performance,character and purpose have been changed too.So,the old control system of itself can't satisfy the needs as a gas-turbine now.To meet requirments of the test-rig, it is necessary to redesign and research the control system of the gas turbine.According to control principle and practice,this thesis describles the control system of the gas turbine,and simply describles several pivotal technologies witch were solved under the control process of the gas turbine.We have got the basical rule through simulation,testing and debugging, and this rule can be confirmed.After testing many times,we have got the rule of retrofiring,and performance data.This control system satisfies the requirments of the test-bed.It also can satisfy the requirments of applications after some rebuild ,and it will be used generally in the future. |
