The machining quality of the Aero-engine turbine disk mortise is the key to ensure the quality of turbine disk. At the same time, the design of mortise broach is the core technology used for production of high precision mortise surface of turbine disk. In order to solve the problems of low degree of automation, long design cycle and low design efficiency in mortise broach design of Aero-engine enterprises, this paper researched the parametric design method of mortise broach and developed a rapid design system of Aero-engine mortise broach based on parametric technology. The system automatically calculated the structural parameters of the broach through the input of cutter drawing and driven corresponding tongue and groove broach parametric model template to generate new broach 3D model which improved the design efficiency remarkably.The main work and research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Through the research of the design rules and patterns of mortise broach information model, this paper classified the information of mortise broach, established the information model of Aero-engine turbine disk mortise broach and realized the unified management of mortise broach design information.(2) This thesis designed a software input interface----the tongue and groove broach broaching cutters and researched the information such as the parameters of processing surface, the broaching method, the tolerance margin and the per tooth rise in broaching cutters. Then analyzed and calculated the driving parameters of aeroengine turbine disk mortise broach parametric design.(3) To realize the parametric design of the three-dimensional turbine disk mortise broach, this paper firstly established the three-dimensional model of all mortise broaches and their constraints. And finally established the parametric model template of all mortise broaches.(4) This thesis used the Visual C++ and UG/Open API development tools to develop the Aero-engine turbine disk mortise broach rapid design system on the platform of UG which was used in the Aero-engine enterprise.
