Products and equipment from design process to sale process can not be separated from verification and testing. With the fast development of the integrated circuits and computer technology, products to be verified and tested become more and more difficult which affected the time that product finished. Researching the verification and testing system can reduce the development cycle and greatly improve the efficiency of testing. This will has very important practical value.As our country carried out so many policies to develop wind power, the technology to research wind power was gradually taken, but this should be ensured by advanced testing technology. This paper designed and realized the verification and testing system for the wind power controller combined with the project. It can not only verify during the design period, but also test during the production period.The system design used the modular idea and applied the virtual instrument. It can not only do the testing function, analyze and show the testing data, but also has general and extend character. This paper focused on three aspects: aiming to ensure the reliability of the test result, designed the testing principle of wind power controller circuit. Aiming to enhance the capability of the system, analyzed and realized the task scheduling sequence, Petri net model is set up to analyse the test sequence. Aiming to increase testing precision, analyzed the error of system and taken method to resolve it. Then the design of hardware and software are introduced in detail. Finally the system field commissioning result shows that the system satisfied the design request. It can totally replace manual testing.The system has already used in the locale and greatly improve the efficiency of the production.
