| With the development of electronic science and technology, there are more and more signals related to scientific research. In an electronic system, engineers often need to observe many parameters in the design and debug phase. Moreover, with the signal frequency and signal quantity increase, engineers have more requirements on testing equipment. However, the traditional measuring instruments such as DSO, DMM, Logic Analyzer have only focus on a certain number of signal or electrical parameters. Therefore, the development of multi-purpose test equipment is necessary.In this paper, combined with 2Gsps multi-function digital storage oscilloscope research and design, and well discussed the multi-function DSO hardware system design. First, it introduced the general situation of multi-purpose DSO, the meaning of development and research, and then discussed the detail of hardware systems design, as well as the main problems to be solved. The main contents include:1. Digital Storage Oscilloscope hardware system design: described in detail the selection of main hardware and configuration work, and then discussed the high-speed data acquisition system, gave a brief introduce on the trigger system, which mainly discussed the realization of pre-trigger and pos-trigger function.2. Logic analyzer module design: This paper introduced the realization of logic analyzer function, described the data acquisition and processing method of logic analyzer modular. Especially, it described the trigger function realization of logic analyzer, which included code-type trigger and duration trigger.3. The design of other functional modules: described in detail the design of complete synchronization digital frequency meter. Brief introduced the pass/fail function modules, the generation of LCD displays enable signal, realization of DSO long storage function.4. Described some problems and their solutions at the design and debugging phrase at the end of this paper. |
