Tokamaks is an important device to research the nucleosynthesis at present. Compared to other approaches, Tokamaks occupied the leading position at magnetic confinement field. Moreover the scientific feasibility has been confirmed. With the development of ITER it is necessary to give a deep study of operation state. Considering the lager scale and high operation cost of Tokamaks, in order to analyze the operation state it is better to establish a model which includes the whole device and key components. By analysis it will provide the necessary theoretical support in the physical design, as well as provide an important basis for improving the device. In this paper the ANSYS, large-scale finite element analysis software, is used. The ANSYS is used to calculate and analyze Toroidal Field coil magnetic field intensity distribution. The main content of the paper showing followed.First of all, set the finite element model which covers a single loop coil. By loading different types of inputs got two kinds of magnetic fielddistributions. According to magnetic field distributions, compare the calculation results. And the coupled analysis method is more close to real conditions. After that through the coupling analysis, simulation Toroidal Field coil device in the entire run-time distribution of the magnetic field strength. Finally, the Toroidal Field magnet coils and other non-mutual inductance and mutual inductance magnetic field intensity distribution of cases were compared. And it showed that the contrast Central to the field magnet coils and other mutual inductance is relatively higher.
