In this thesis, the radar synthesis unit of aero cabinet, the software such as Pro/E, ANSYS, Icepak etc. are developed, and a expert system which is integrated the fast CAD modeling with CAE artificial analysis is established by selecting proper development tools and data base software. This artificial expert system platform not only shortens the development periodic, but also improves the design efficiency, design quality and success rate of primary development. The main contents of this paper include: after the extraction of the characters of the joint of aero cabinet and important modeling parameters by researching on the structure of aero cabinet, use a CAD/CAE integration modeling method based on the characters analyzing to realize the fast integrated modeling of CAD/CAE; then call the CAE model in WorkBench, and determine the types and sizes of the adopted meshes, and the localized refining principle to realize the automatic division of the meshes according to the size of the model, the structural style and the different major areas; integrate the boundary condition library on thermodynamics into this experimental platform, and through the loading of the boundary condition, the artificial analysis to the thermodynamics, the generation of laboratory report customized by the designer, the comparison with the expected result, and the judgment to the experimental results can be achieved.The commonality of the experimental platform is considered in this paper when select the radar synthesis unit of interceptor as the subject investigated, so the related data verification for the aero cabinets with different structural styles can be realized. A large number of valuable empirical data and experimental data provide guarantee for the correctness of artificial results of the experimental platform. This platform featured with good expandability which can simply realize the management, expansion and update of the related unit store, material store and environmental condition store.
