?Because of the shortage of conventional source of energy, new source of energy made rapid expansion in recent years, especially photo-voltage industry. However the development of photo-voltage industry in our country was interrupted because of the shortage of raw materials and a lot of solar cell factories stopped production. On the other hand, our country has to import most of its raw materials, at the same time the factories aboard which produce polycrystalline silicon run up the price of silicon. So the solar cell factories in our country just earn the meager profits.Now, the major tech of producing solar grade silicon is improved Siemens Process. But it was monopolized by the factories aboard. They never have any kind of tech cooperation with us. This makes our polycrystalline silicon industry restricted by others. The research of tech of deoxidization furnace electric equipment of polycrystalline silicon of our country began in metaphase of the age of fiftieth or sixtieth of this century. But we did not hold the major tech of the technologies until now. Because of the difficulty of technology, the tech of deoxidization furnace electric equipment of polycrystalline silicon of our country is timeworn. The consumed power is great. The cost is high. So, Exploring new tech that has our own intellectual property rights of deoxidization furnace electric equipment of polycrystalline silicon producing is the very way to solve the problem of polycrystalline silicon industry. It plays a great role to develop the industry of our solar grade silicon.In this paper, because PLC software with function of supervisory control and data acquisition has important practical value for its features of real-time, multi-task, opening interface, flexible and diverse function, high reliability etc and the merit of high reliability, low cost and high performance and widely used in industrial control, base on the research of character of polycrystalline stick resistance when knocked through by high voltage, we use S7300 series PLC made by Siemens Ltd and its matching software STEP7, though STL and LAD programming languages, to design the fuzzy ?control program to the 12 pair polycrystalline silicon stick deoxidization furnace heat-up system. The system can control the stability of the silicon stick's electric heat power with the cooperation of controllable saturation reactor and reverse grade switches. So, the process of the 12 pair polycrystalline silicon stick deoxidization furnace heat-up is finished all right. Through the shrunken scale experiment, we proved the feasibility and the reliability of the system.The research work is an important part of the 12 pair polycrystalline silicon stick deoxidization furnace integration warm system. This paper provides important guidance and practical significance for an in-depth study of 12 pair polycrystalline silicon stick deoxidization furnace integration warm system, and it has strong practical value. Now the system has been put into operation. According to the situation of the practical application, it is stable and reliable, and reaches the control system requirements. The operating is simple and it is easy to operate in the industry field by the technical staff and increases productivity and lowers energy consumption.
