The design of the software and hardware of electronic control diesel fuel injection system is to research the control strategy and the drive circuit of solenoid valve adapting the Chinese electronic control unit pump on the basis of MC68K hardware technique flatform and electronic control pump. It can make it easy to predominate the key technique of independence technique copyright on electronic control product and cover the blank in China. The control strategy is the key technique of some famous manufacturers such as German Bosch, America Delphi and Japan Denso.The control strategy for injection is introduced in the thesis. The author uses SAE paper and the research data of some university including tsinghua for reference, adopts upper MOS pipe to control the current in PWM mode combining the theory analysis and driving test of electronic control unit pump and uses the control strategy basing on the disposal and diagnosis of crankshaft and cam shaft signal to meet the users' requirement.The contol strategy, drive circuit, the precision of injection control and the reliability of drive are verified through the test and the application in diesel manufacturer assembling home electronic control diesel fuel injection system, and it can meet the diesel users' requirement. The injection control tecnique and drive circuit module have been used in the home electronic control diesel fuel injection system. The electronic diesel has passed the China emission standard successfully and obtained the users' approval.
