The equipment of fighter plane increase,its charge increase。It is a huge challenge to entironment control system。So,we must use vapor cycle refrigeration to adapt the demand。But aim at this all new system, after the project complete, demand as to it's carry on the operation of system and imitate true research.Imitate true of the meaning lie in and can carry on first step verification to the project of system and make to the function of finished product first step of examination, in several finished product constitute of complications the dynamic state process of the system imitate importation output, drive imitate true result, for empress period of ground experiment lay theories foundation, economical a great deal of of experiment again and again time, and economy part experiment of budget.The disquisition make dynamic former of maths,and predigest parts of system。To larger heat-inertia parts,for example,evaporator,condenser,we use dynamic former of maths;To less heat-inertia parts,for example,compressor,expand-valve, we use static former of maths。Then,we can achieve the dynamic emulator of whole system in EASY5,and analyse the capability of vapor cycle refrigeration。Finally,pass the ground of simplification experiment get of experiment data with imitate true get of the data carry on contrast, verify imitate true of reliability and credibility.Subsequently,according as the capability,we get the dynamic performance of vcrs bye means of dynamic analysis. According to the dynamic performance of VCRS,the paper built the fuzzy control rules of VCRS and realized it on MATLAB & EASY5.
