Inductive setting is one kind of new setting technology, which has been developed for the purpose of the need of weapon system development as well as requirements of electronic time fuze such as time accuracy, work time, current, system standard and so on. Comparing with other setting technology, inductive setting has a lot virtues such as high reliability, short setting velocity, good Anti-jamming, etc. Inductive setting has developed rapidly in recently years.In this paper an advanced design on the setting technique of an electronic time fuze according to the development and actual engineering requirements of setting technology are made. Firstly, this thesis researched into the inductive setting system, analyzed the characteristics and the principle of the inductive setting technology. Then the thesis discussed on the communication protocol, the coded form, data frame, modulation and demodulation about the inductive setting system are put forward. Secondly, this thesis researched into the setter's design, chiefly analyzed the function and hardware design of each module. Then, in this thesis the choice of the circuit's parameter is discussed. Thirdly, this thesis the fuse's information-receiving model is researched, put forward one kind of the system's design proposal, which is focused on the microcontroller. And then in this thesis the low power design and resist the high overload design about the fuze are discussed. Lastly, this thesis carried on the function test about the inductive setting system.The paper introduced a renew design based on the electronic time fuze and thus making progress of the technique of the electronic time fuze on current and high reliability.
