The study has an aim to research on the processes in solar cell epoxy resin pouring sealant manufacturing in terms of production equipment, tools, techniques, production skills, production conditions, raw material and production reliabilities etc .The study has looked further into those production defectives related issues and reason behind the problems.Outcome and technical innovation:(1) Finding the optimal jointing temperature in different solder.(2) Establishing the calculate way and system of solar modules power.(3) For reducing the wastes of solar cells, we finding out thelaser-machine's permitting working current, and give out thecaution to operation of machine.(4) Setting the relationship between the intensity of pressure andthe time during the vaccum defoamation. Ensuring the qualityof productions.(5) Analysing the relationship between the temperature and the time during sliding the epoxy resin glue.(6) Analysing and developing the 26 working procedure and write the final result to the instructor. Than it is able to ensure the working procedure and the reliability of the production. (7) Giving out the 26 working procedure instructors(The details was attached in NO.1 file).(8) Giving out the relationship among the size about solar modules, the solid temperature and the solid time(The details was attached in 7.9 SHEET 1).
