Research on reliability of certain fuze electronic timer takes various problems appearing in trail production and examination of fuze electronic product as research lord line, through analyzing product reliability, taking solving problems existing in production and examination, and improving quality and examination level of following products as the aim of this topic, expanding analysis to the system reliability of the product. First, distributing reliable targets for the product and according to the reliability prediction to the system guarantee the inherent reliability of the product. Next, in view of the existing quality problem and expiration situation, combining the configuration and performance of the product to carry on expiration analysis and through ordering expiration factors determine important factors influencing the product. Finally, pointing to important factors, take corresponding preventive measures to finally get the goal of improving the product quality and assuring the product commissioning reliability.In research process, methods such as fault tree analysis, point factor sieving, etc. are adopted. Through corresponding data calculation and analysis, sieving and ordering of existing problems, valid measures are established and greatly improve the product quality.According to analysis investigation, credibility and reliability of electronic timer are determined, problems easily appearing in production line of electronic timer are found and corresponding prevention measures get established. This kind of analysis provides a reference for reliability research of other same kinds of products.
