Reliability Research Of The Penetration Test System

This essay aiming at this issue that the penetration test system has higher failure rate under the condition of high overload make some research in the following aspects:1.Analysis of these fault which appeared on the experiment of penetration test.2. Make relevant theoretical analysis and research of the penetration test system by the reliability theory.3. Make reliability test and reliability assessment of the key components of penetration test system.The purpose of this paper is to research failure problems of the penetration test system using in the high overload condition, and make modeling and analysis of the test system applying the reliability theory. Through the failure analysis of the system's components, the author finds some ways to improve these parts reliability. Through the extensive home and abroad literature, the author makes research on the above problems by the method of combining the theoretical analysis and the laboratory and wild experiment.(1) Systematically discussed the contents and the development of reliability theory. The author introduced the concept of reliability and failure in the reliability theory.(2) Through analysis failure experience in the penetration experiments, the writer lists the failure analysis form and establishes the working principle of the penetration test system. These works provide a very important basis for the reliability analysis of penetration test system.(3) Using the reliability theory, the author makes theoretical analysis on the system. Besides that, the author makes analysis on the penetration test system by the method of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and establishes the fault tree of the system. On this basis, the author establishes the minimum cut set of the system using the model of minimal cut sets and calculate the degreeofreliability of this system. In order to further analysis failure reason of the test system, the author makes reliability model analysis and Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).(4) Make analysis of the Human Factor, when the system is designed, manufactured and used, by the theory of Human Factor.Through the analysis of this topic, the author makes reliability analysis of the penetration test system. Through the reliability model analysis and fault tree analysis, we could find the optimum way to improve reliability of the penetration test system.
