As an effective method which can improve structure fuction and lengthen service life ,healty inspection and reliability appraisal for reinforced concrete structure has been using in the industry of maintaining and transforming.But now healty inspection and reliability appraisal mainly relies on project experiences and be short of reliable veracity and rationality,and the codes at home and abroad is incomplete and not detailed explanations,results in some mistakes and diffrences between appraisal result and actual fuction on healty inspection and reliability appraisal. The paper starting from theoretical analysis and practical research, healty inspection and reliability appraisal system of the reinforced concrete structure is studied.In the part of Theoretical Analysis,the content of inspection about reinforced concrete buildings is summarized,some ordinary and mature inspecting methods are introduced at present and are appraised synthetically from principle and scope in point,and the intending development of inspecting technologies is prospected. On the existent theoritical basis of reinforced concrete reliability analysis,reliability of reinforced concrete is researched andanalized seperatly from three layers——structual component with one destructive mode,structual component with many destructive mode and the whole structual system.Then the selection and foundation of reliability appraisal system is researched,the choosed reliabilitygraded appraising approach is dissertated separately from three aspects——appraising layerpartition,apprasing item,appraising layer standard,afterwards the reliability appraising system of reinforced concrete structure is founded.Then subjection-founctions of main influential factors are fixed on,weighing of all appraising factors is gained by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),two-grade appraising model is founded,then data gained from fuzzy comprehensive appraisal is analyzed by non-symmetric closeness degree,the buildings' appraising grade is gained and the reliability appraisal of reinforced concrete structure is achieved.The practical part take example of Qingdao double-towel edifice health inspection and appraisal ,the paper adopts Rush- pith- drilling Method and the reliability appraisal system of reinforced concrete structure to do the Qingdao double-towel edifice reliability appraisal .At last reinforcement result and examination after the programme indicates that the edifice's structural fuctions meet applied requirement, practical application has shown good profits.
