Industrial plants will be more or less damages and the steel structure function will decline after high load and high frequency using in the harsh environment with high temperature,high pressure,wet environment and chemical corrosion,which will affect the safe operation of the structure and the secure use of equipment,even can cause plant collapsed.Such events can bring immeasurable property losses and casualties.Therefore,it is necessary to make appraisal of reliability on industrial plants more accurate and rational.Nowadays,as steel structure is widely used in industrial construction engineering,its detection and assessment work has drawn more and more attention.Therefore,it is greatly significant to study the reliability qualification method of steel structure industrial plants in practice.We studied steel structure of the industrial building from the perspective of reliable assessment,deeply basing on Existing Structure Reliability Theory,employing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and grade the reliability of steel structure single-storey industrial plants in this thesis.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for reliability of single-storey industrial plants with steel structure is established based on the Theory of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Theory and the current norms and standards.The concrete contents include: establishing the reliability evaluation model of single-storey industrial plants with steel structure;establishing the membership function of each level index;determining the weights of indicators for each level.Thereinto,for the calculation and operation of the weight indexes of each level,the author,by using Matlab language,developed a GUI interface for weight calculation based on AHP.This interface can be used to calculate the weights of indexes at each level of the industrial plants.The complete fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for the reliability of single-storey industrial plants with steel structure provides a theoretical basis for multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and rating system development.Secondly,Matlab was used to develop a reliability rating system of single-storey industrial plants with steel structure in this thesis.Routinization of the industrial plant's reliable assessment was realized by the compilation of the source program of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process and the design of the corresponding GUI interface to achieve a reliable function of grade.Finally,we use the ratings system to make reliability qualification on two single-storey industrial plants with steel structure,and then comparing the ratings results with the ratings results obtained by standard appraisal.The results show that these two have identical findings.Therefore,it proved that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was an effective method of reliability evaluation in the existing structures and also verified the feasibility of rating system developed in this thesis.So the research has certain study and application significance in the field of reliabilityevaluation.
