From the view of the large public building energy saving, this paper calculates and analyzes the real-time monitoring data by use of the energy consumption partial measurement real-time monitoring system EMS-Ⅱon a large public building in Qingdao. And offer the energy saving diagnosis for the energy using system of the large public building and supply the energy saving suggestions accordingly.In order to research the energy consumption of the large public building accurately, firstly did detailed site and drawing investigation, designed the testing scheme of the measurement meters. Then collected all the energy consumption data to the user's computer by remote transmission with the help of the high precision electronic measurement meters and ultrasonic heat energy meter which have digital output communication interface.Combining the evaluation index of energy consumption to process and analysis the test data. It is found that the electricity consumption of the building varied greatly in different seasons; in cooling season, the electricity consumption of air conditioning makes the maximum proportion of 44%; in transition season, lighting and socket consumption has the largest proportion of 46%; in heating season lighting and socket consumption also has the largest proportion of 37%,while by heat-electricity conversion calculation, heating energy consumption accounts for 43.9% as the largest proportion of the whole building energy consumption; the annual electricity consumption per unit area of each electrical equipment in this building was lower than the energy consumption index of the same large public building in Beijing city,but it also have energy saving protential.It also can be seen that the oversize of air conditioning system caused the long-term low load operation of the air-conditioning unit, it's energy efficiency EER ratio is about 4.3, and the system EER is only 2.6 or so; the temperature difference of water supply and backwater are all 2.0℃, with such serious phenomenons as large flow and small temperature difference. Aiming at these problems, this paper proposed energy saving reconstruction measures of air conditioning system combined with energy saving analysis, after reconstruction, the system EER can be improved to 4.1, the integrated part-load value IPLV can also be improved to 9.16, the power saving rate of the whole system can reach 42% and the renovation investigation will be taken back in 3.75 years; other electrical equipment except air conditioning system also has significant energy saving potential, the author proposed corresponding energy saving measures according to the test results; it was calculated that the annual energy saving potential of the whole building can reach 23.3%.Through the research on the energy consumption of large public buildings, the basic energy consumption situation in Qingdao can be understood, the normal energy consumption problems can be explored and the energy saving direction of large public buildings can be obtained, which therefore provides basic references for the energy quota management and energy saving refurbishment for the large public building. It has a significant meaning to further research and popularization of building energy saving of the country.
