The energy issue has been a major problem for the sustainable development of our country along with the constant optimization of industrial structure in our country. This paper takes the project as the research object for the study of the characteristics of large public buildings energy consumption and energy saving measures for research and application.By collecting large public buildings in chongqing research literature and combining with the data part of our team, I mainly analyze the chongqing area energy consumption characteristics of commercial buildings and office buildings, and use the DeST for the large public buildings energy consumption simulation software modeling research for the analysis of the hourly dynamic load, load structure, typical room load distribution.For large public buildings. we have three sets of simulation experiments for the both inside and outside area, Partition can be seen from the simulation results that the palisade structure of 3 m by the outside environment influence is not too big, when cooling load index is controlled in 200 w/m2, compared with the cold and hot load index of the area outside area, and the cold and hot load index changes dramatically, meanwhile the palisade structure temperature fluctuation is more obvious, and comprehensive analysis of the waste heat utilization potential in inner zone and peripheral zone by the dynamic heat load of coordination.The large public buildings is studied through simulation of energy consumption, besides the distribution characteristics and the corresponding energy consumption index are also studied. The main enclosure structure factors of the energy consumption of large public buildings was studied by orthogonal analysis, for large public building energy efficiency design and give some reference to estimate. We take the utilization of chongqing jiangbei airport station 2014 records in the actual operation data, using the additional momentum factors and adaptive learning rate adjustment of back propagation algorithm, based on the BP neural network model of large public buildings energy consumption through adaptability test of the measured data of the model, and compare the energy consumption characteristics and the application of the modeling and simulation.According to the characteristics of large public buildings, we take some energy saving scheme for the air conditioning system and the corresponding enclosure structure. For the factors affecting the energy consumption of the main supporting structure, we use several kinds of curtain wall structure of the existing market. By economic and technical comparison, the photovoltaic curtain wall can realize building energy saving effect of the long life cycle but the upfront investment is too large. The main modeling which is suitable for large public buildings are the heat recovery systems, water loop heat pump system, the large public buildings using the above system can save energy of 4-5%, 4.22%. Some stores close ventilation system which may influence the management and the CO2 levels in the part is very high. Cold heat source unit is the main part of the energy consumption of air conditioning system, which are often required to mix units to cooperate more running for large public buildings. The unit configuration is reasonable or not, has a great impact on large public buildings.This article mainly aims at the operating mode of the mixed multiple units, and the mixed multiple units operation model is put forward to find the solution in view of the project characteristic. And neural network is adopted to establish the personnel density and outdoor temperature and the construction control of fuzzy network, load rate and the unit has better prediction effect.We get the energy-saving control node, and put forward some measures for the unit which is suitable for large public buildings.
