Complex stratum which constitutes a space of casing around the stress field of the mechanical system, by the stratum dislocation, obliquity, strata off distance and difference, geological tectonic movement, tectonic stress, rock visco-elastic-plastic flow, rock creep, rock expansion by water and overlying strata of gravity. Such generated by the space of three-dimensional mechanical system is called the space complexity of the mechanical system. The mechanical system that leads to the casing damage above the stratum is known as the "complex mechanical system stratum", it is called as "complex stratum". In complex stratum environment, we use ADINA software Parasolid modeling method to set up finite element model.At the process of set up ADINA three-dimensional finite element modeling, we use Boolean operators to make sure the soil and pipe geometry integration. In the modeling, set up the soil and pipe with Parasolid model methods, through the coordinates to ensure that the relative position between them, in order to ensure coordination between the grids. In Model the definition of pipeline materials with bilinear materials, in the model by considering the location and the impact of different circumstances, given stratums with, sandstone, mudstone,weathering of rocks, the several materials characters, respectively. Loads are considered separately as static load, dynamic load. Static load, including gravity, dynamic loads, including seismic forces, displacement, peristaltic which caused by seismic movement.It studies the damage from the casing by the complexity of load, as well as its environments, using finite element software ADINA simulation , the geological stress and environments to set up numerical models to analyse casing damage.With casing materials, cement concrete, earthquake of magnitude and the stratum peristaltic those parameters impact analysis. It is concluded that: by improve the casing of the material to reduce the casing distortion is undesirable, cement sheath that casing outer select self-stressing cement can effectively reduce the stress and strain on the casing.
