The hydraulic system of work device is main work hydraulic system of telehandler. Its dynamic characteristics impact on the work performance of telehandler directly. With the application of it in recent years, the requirements of its hydraulic system is no longer just static characteristics of the work cycle, the requirements of vibration of the hydraulic system,hydraulic impact,noise,etc, caused by handling its load is receiving increasing attention, these prompted us carry out the necessary analysis on its dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system.This article first summarized the development and research state of telehandler at home and abroad analyzed the study content of dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system, pointed out the meanings of analysis on hydraulic system of telehandler work device, consequently educed the importance of analysis on dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system.Combining the current study methods about dynamic characteristics of hydraulic systems, considering the characteristics of the hydraulic system, this paper chose power bond graph theory to model the hydraulic system of work device. The paper first analyze the work principle of the hydraulic system of work device, study the structure and work principle of constant power variable displacement pump as main hydraulic system components, simplify pump internal structure under work state, model it according to the power bond graph modeling rules. As the basis, the power bond graph model of work device hydraulic system is established. According to the logical relationship between variables in the power bond graph model, the state equation mathematical model of system is derived. Then using MATLAB / Simulink software, the system simulation module map is established, the parameters of the simulation is determined, through simulation, the constant power pump outlet and multi-way valve outlet pressure variation curve is derived, and simulation results are analyzed. With the use of telehandler to load in experiment, the constant power pump outlet and multi-way valve outlet pressure variation curve is tested under a variety of conditions. Test results show that the established mathematical model of work device hydraulic system is correct, these have important significance about optimization of hydraulic system of telehandler work device and improvement of its dynamic performance.
