Through the researches for either local or abroad vesicant stuff, the main characteristics for all kinds of vesicant stuff are gotten and filtered for the right albumen vesicant. Through detailed room test for FCB, its mechanics and road characteristic are gotten. The result showed that for the highway/expressway, especially the expansion of the weak subgrade, foamed cement banking (hereafter as FCB) has more technical and economic advantages. It can effectively prevent shrinkage cracks with the aid of technical procedures such as setting the reasonable settlement joint, blocking and stratified pouring, and time control of pouring.The main technical difficulties to widen the highway embankment lies in how to prevent pavement reflection on the interface longitudinally cracking. During the construction process and monitor time up to now, the longitudinal cracks are found on the interface of new and used subgrades of FCM widening embankment, but it is necessary to look over futher after pavement engineering implementation and this testing section going into operation. It is recommended to arrange gravel cushion on the top of FCM mbankment. And in order to improve the effect of piecing, it is better to set up grade stage. FCM embankment provides many superior features and benefits, including time saving construction, self-compacting, short time limit, and little transportation influence. In terms of expansion engineering, there is more comprehensive social and economic benefits for FCM embankment.
