| Since the last century, the 1970s world financial crisis, States have the energy to the comprehensive development and utilization, In the construction industry a result, many new materials to meet the construction requirements of energy-saving insulation. Relative shortage of energy for China, building energy conservation is imperative. China's construction unit energy consumption of heating is tripled with the same latitude as many of the developed countries. So China is vigorously carrying out the construction of energy-saving scientific research, developing of new energy-saving construction techniques, introducing of new energy-saving materials, developing of highly efficient insulation material. The vesicant cement combined roof slab is developed in this context. By material characteristics of vesicant cement it achieves the heat preservation and reduce the weight, by lower steel slab and steel frame it ensures that it has a certain capacity and safety.Based on this new type of the vesicant cement combined roof slab, main purpose of this text is through the analysis of the theory and the finite element method model to reflect the mechanical properties, and to effectively guide the second design. This paper first sums up the mechanical and physical properties of the vesicant cement material by material test, then produces six combined slabs, gets the different mechanical performance of them through carrying capacity measure test. This paper establishes finite element model of the combined slab by the finite element program ANSYS, then calculates the theoretical mechanical performance. Mechanical properties of theoretical similar with the comparison of mechanical properties of test, so I can say this model perform well. By using this model, I can calculate the ultimate strength and get the ultimate state. Finally, by changing the span of combined slabs, height of steel frame, thickness of Steel frame slab and so on, I can get the influence of these factors on the bearing capacity and deformation of combined slabs, and considering the factors of cost, weight and the realization, I sum up the second design flow chart of combined slabs. |
