.600 Mw Unit Turbine Generator Foundation Construction Technology Research

Steam turbine foundation is the heart of coal-fired power plants, and is the key part of energy conversion. Steam turbine and generators operating have high requirements to the foundation,the basis's structure form is very complex, and the engineering quantity is large.The control of the foundation slab of mass concrete's temperature cracks.Embedded bolts, buried pipe, type's of buried pieces, quantity, and installation of high-precision.The mass concrete process quality requirements of high technology.The height of the framework of a one-time casting is high.The reinforced of operational layers were very complex.The steam turbine foundation on measurement of a thermal power construction enterprises and construction quality control is the main signs ,and is the enterprise's image of an important window. So scientifical and reasonable construction measures must be taken to projects that to ensure have smooth and high-quality construction.This thesis used Huayin Jinzhushan Datang Power Plant Expansion Project Unit 2×600MW turbo-generator foundation to study, based on the construction of the steam turbine generator technology studies, and the major work completed by the following.First, for mass concrete foundation slab, combined with the engineering's characteristics,made a strategy for the mass concrete construction.Calculated from the temperature and forecast,calculation of thermal stress, as well as the design of structures,material selection and design of concrete's ratio,construction technical measures and so on , discussed the construction of mass concrete crack control methods and the main technical measures.The results showed that the implementation of construction methods and measures were effectively.The whole foundation of concrete without any cracks caused by thermal stress.Second, for the installation of anchor bolts and large-scale anchor plates,designed high geometry precision, adjustable steel stent model,used of jacks and chain hoist was installed with the anchor plate, ensured the embedded andinstallation accuracy.Third, used water mirror concrete construction technology to construct the upper part of the base's structure ,ensured that the quality of concrete construction.
