For the need of project, the paper design an self-aligning device of wendlass.The system take stepper motor for execution unit, use intelligentize control function of controller, and real-time transfer work condition of wendlass, to make a close-cycle control of self-aligning device, and achieve the purpose of synchronize of take up and winding displacement. The Paper analyze and disguss Subdivide drive technic, open-loop control and closed-loop control. When adopt open-loop, because of lack of feedback input energe and output energe can't strike a balance.In the time of work of motor, the system always have some matter such as surge, lose step and the output torque is small .And the system can't find a good prosess of raising speed, so its response characteristic is poor, and have a poor ability of resist the wave of laod.To drive leading screw in open-loop will made a loud yawp, .and have a low control precision, consequently made self-aligning device have a low precision.Insert feedback tache of place and velocity in the open-loop system can adjust parameter of state and creat a self- in-phase close-loop system.because of the drive of motor can make decision of winding current estate by information of place that get by feedback, so the system have a characteristic of high stability and response speed and wide area of high frequency.The self-aligning device of wendlass is formed of displacement pickup, Acquisition of signal, Microprocessor Unit, drive of stepping motor, encoding board, fork , leading screw and so on.Control stepper motor in close-loop by ST89C54RD~+ .apply high power Special Purpose Chip of drive motor to design a subdivision drive system of stepper motor, and achieve the purpose of constant current control, reversal, overcurrent protection , multi-position selective subdivision.Use displacement pickup which made by reed pipe to form an close-loop system.Create a mathematical model of stepper motor, and design a fuzzy PID controller apply in close-loop system.By Simulink, the paper analyse respectively the response of system when catch the place that was give by PID control and fuzzy PID control.Becaause of poor circumstance in the work places of wendlass, the paper design a system which anti-dust, resist corrosive gas, yawp and EMI in the work place.From the design of EMC, the system increase the ability of EMC by each side, such as interference source suppression, cut off the coupling path of EMI, increase the ability of EMI of sensing device.
