This dissertation focuses on the research of electro-hydraulic inversely-proportional relief valve in the system of the high-speed lateral semi-active suspension.In this dissertation,the design scheme and the structure design are introduced. The steady-state characteristic and the dynamic characteristic of the electro-hydraulic inversely-proportional relief valve are analyzed. And simulation is researched as well.Firstly based on having read lots of internal and overseas relevant literature,the background and the significance of the project are firstly illuminated.The present development condition of the semi-active suspension system,the electro-hydraulic proportional technique and electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve are introduced. The principle and the performance of vehicle dynamics in semi-active suspension system are analyzed.Secondly by the technique request of the electro-hydraulic inversely-proportional relief valve,six schemes are put forward.After the steady-state characteristic of the electro-hydraulic inversely-proportional relief valve and the control characteristic of the proportional electromagnet is analyzed,the design and its calculation of the electro-hydraulic inversely-proportional relief valve are put forward.Based on this research,the steady-state load characteristic is analyzed. The transfer function of the electro-hydraulic inversely-proportional relief valve is deduced based on the structure principle and the working principle of the dynamic balance.The related factors with the dynamic response characteristics,stability and control accuracy are researched,by which the simulation can be directed theoretically.Finally the steady-state characteristic and the dynamic characteristic of the electro-hydraulic inversely-proportional relief valve are analyzed by AMESim software on the basis of the theoretical analysis.And the relation between the structure parameters and the steady-state characteristic and the dynamic characteristic of the electro-hydraulic inversely-proportional relief valve is to be acquired.By the simulation of passive suspension and semi-active suspention,the latter has strong restrain effect to the lateral vibration of bodywork has been proved.
