Fully taking the advantages of both steel and concrete, steel-concretehybrid structure has been proved to be an economic and efficientstructural structure type. The hybrid hull core structure with steel-concrete composite coupling beam is one kind of new structure. Researching the seismic resistance performances of the concrete shear wall with the steel-concrete composite coupling beam, such as the hysteresis responses, the ductility, the dissipated earthquake energies ability and resiliency model under low frequency cyclic load action, which will be the vitally significant to instructing design and promoting the hybrid hull core structure with steel-concrete composite coupling beam or shear wall structure, and the correlation regulations formulation. The main content covered are present as follows.1) Based on the summary research results in the past, applying theory such as mechanics, RC structure non-linear and so on to preliminarily theoretically analyzes the shear wall with steel-concrete composite coupling beam, and propose the shear wall experimental plan, and carries on 1: 5 modeling scale the shear wall with steel-concrete composite coupling beam test in the plan under low frequency cyclic load action.2) Analysis the phenomenon and result of experiment, and then research the shear wall of the hysteresis responses, the ductility, and the dissipated energies ability of the shear wall under low frequency cyclic load action.3) In order to carry on the earthquake resistance analysis, it needs to be modeling the hysteresis curve which obtain from the laboratory data, enables it more ideally to respond the component the displacement-load relations under the earthquake load action, and considers the strength and the stiffness degenerated rule, according to the tentative data and the regression analysis, proposes the shear wall skeleton curve model and the resiliency model. 4) A comparison is made between the results of nonlinear finite element analysis and the results of experiment, and a good agreement is obtained. And then, further analysis based on the model and parameters are conducted, in which some questions are discussed, including the mechanical behavior of the structure at different concrete strength grade, different stiffness of steel-concrete composite coupling beams and different hole ratio.5) A simplified formulas for evaluating the stiffness of the shear wall is proposed and comparison is made among the results of formulas, the results of nonlinear finite element analysis and the results of experiment, And then besed on parameters again, such as stiffness of the steel-concrete composite coupling beams and hole ratio, discuss the effect of the parameters to the stiffness of the shear walls with steel-concrete composite coupling beams.
