According to the goal of "high ductility,strong shear,weak bending and thin wall thickness" of shear wall in super high-rise buildings and reference to the advantages of concrete filled steel tube columns,a new type of corrugated steel sheet concrete composite shear wall is proposed.The seismic mechanism of the new composite shear wall structure is analyzed,and the horizontal low cycle cyclic loading test of the steel tube concrete column-corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall is carried out.The static elastic-plastic Pushover and dynamic elasto-plastic time history analysis of concrete filled steel tubular(CFST)frame-corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall core tube structure system are carried out.The main research results in this paper are as follows:The finite element analysis models of reinforced concrete shear wall,steel reinforced concrete composite shear wall and corrugated steel sheet concrete composite shear wall are established,and the mechanical mechanism of the three kinds of shear walls is compared and analyzed.The analysis shows that the corrugated steel sheet concrete composite shear wall has excellent seismic performance,and the concrete in the pipe is in three-dimensional compression state,which improves the compressive strength and ductility of the concrete.The existence of concrete in the tube and the pull-up of internal corrugated steel plate effectively restrict the out-of-plane deformation of the steel cover plate,which makes the new composite shear wall have better buckling resistance.Three specimens of corrugated steel sheet concrete composite shear wall were fabricated and tested under horizontal low-cycle repeated load.The test results show that the new composite shear wall has the advantages of full hysteretic curve,high bearing capacity,slow stiffness degradation,large ductility and strong energy dissipation capacity.The test results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.Two specimens of concrete filled steel tubular frame-corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall were fabricated and tested under horizontal low-cycle cyclic loading.The results show that the two specimens have good seismic performance,full hysteretic curve,high bearing capacity,large ductility and strong energy dissipation capacity.When the corrugated steel sheet concrete composite shear wall enters the plasticity,it can still bear most of the horizontal loads,which greatly delays the plastic failure of concrete filled steel tube frame columns.The stiffness and ductility of the concrete filled steel tubular frame and corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall are well matched.The influence of shear wall steel plate yield strength,concrete strength grade,height-width ratio of shear wall,specimen axial compression ratio and section size of steel tube column on seismic performance of concrete filled steel tube frame-corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall structure is studied.Based on a 56-storey concrete filled steel tubular frame column-shear wall core tube project,three different types of core tube structures,namely reinforced concrete shear wall,steel reinforced concrete composite shear wall and corrugated steel sheet concrete composite shear wall,are designed.The Pushover static elastoplastic analysis and nonlinear dynamic time history analysis are carried out,and the difference of seismic behavior among them,such as inter-story displacement angle,inter-story shear force,bottom shear force and plastic hinge are analyzed.The analysis shows that the stiffness and ductility of the concrete filled steel tubular frame and corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall structure are well matched,strong combination and good cooperative performance.The corrugated steel sheet concrete composite shear wall structure system can maintain large bearing capacity and slow degradation of stiffness under large earthquakes,effectively delaying the plastic development and failure of concrete filled steel tubular frame columns,verifying the superiority of seismic performance of concrete filled steel tubular frame columns-corrugated steel sheet concrete composite shear wall structure,and realizing the seismic design concept of "high axial compression ratio,high ductility,strong shear,weak bending and thin wall thickness". |
